2. Information about our cabins and holiday homes:
All cabins and holiday flats are presented with photos, facilities, and also a listing of additional services which might be available (final cleaning, rent of bedlinen etc.) Facilities not listed here, are not available when renting the specific cabin.
The presentation site further informs you of distances to the nearest shop, ski lift etc., and the text gives a supplementary description of the rental object.
We reccommend you to contact us if there are some uncertainty regarding the information given, or you require more information about the object(s). We have an obligation to inform correctly on the Internet. It is not neccessarily so however, that photos and text only, gives a satisfactorily answer whether a cabin suits your expectations well enough, or not. Our sales representatives often have more information which can help you in finding the best suited cabin, or we can obtain what is missing on request. Please contact us - we are here for you!
3. Online booking:
Online booking of many of our hiring objects is possible. Cabins marked with * at the end of the name however, are vacant provided the owners final confirmation. If you send us a booking request on one of those cabins, one of our sales representatives will contact you by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours, or the nearest weekday, with feedback about the cabin being vacant for booking or not.
4. Specific terms for booking:
We primarily confirm stays for holidays and moveable feasts on weekly basis only, like Christmas, New Year, winter holiday, and main season in summer.
Easter is confirmed for either 7, 8 or 10 nights. The Easter period can be split up into first and last part of the holiday. The latter part can only be confirmed when the first part already has been booked, or within the last 4 weeks prior of arrival, if still vacant.
Weekend stays can for some parts of the year, and in special areas, not be confirmed until 4 weeks prior of arrival.
Bookings on a Friday with arrival Friday, Saturday or Sunday that particular weekend, must be effected and paid for by credit card within 14:00 the same day.
5. Cancellation Protection Fee:
When contracting a rental agreement, it is possible at the same time to order a Cancellation Protection. The price is NOK 350,-. For more details, see our terms and conditions
You can pay by bank transfer or by the use of a credit card. An administration fee of NOK 120,- will be charged. Payment details are forwarded along with the booking confirmation/invoice, preferably via e-mail. For more details, see our terms and conditions.

When your booking has been confirmed you will immediately receive a booking confirmation/invoice, if you have chosen payment via bank.
