Svartlihytta

Cabin by Lom/Jotunheimen. Svartlihytta is a small and cosy log cabin of basic standard. Location in calm surroundings in forest approx. 1047 metres above sea level and 17 km from the nearest village Lom. Nice view. Toll road until 20 metres away from the cabin in summer time. The last 400 metres consists of a somewhat steep terrain. 3 km to car park in winter. Transportation of luggage with snow scooter can be ordered. This is a good starting point for trips in the locality, like hiking to "Kvitingskjølen" over 2000 metres above sea level , or daytrips to "Galdhøpiggen, Hunderfossen Family Park, Geiranger etc". Angling is possible in river and lake (license can be bought in local stores in Lom and Garmo). Here are 2 bunk beds (2,2) in a bedroom, and one bed in the living room. If needed, extra mattresses or bed can be made available. Food can be stored in cellar. Water is supplied through a hose found 10 metres from the cabin, or in river 200 metres away, if/when drought. Lighting by candles. Mobile phones not within range.
